The seven storey medical centre tower included post tension structural concrete construction, with glazed and FC sheet clad facades, four internal lifts and all building services.
The building was designed to accommodate a variety of medical professionals including GP practice, private hospital, specialist surgeons consult rooms, opthalmology, radiology, pathology, pharmacy, cafe, university medical school and others. Work involved undertaking fitouts to all of these tenancies also.
Design and construction of the building included associated demolition, construction of car parking areas, landscaping and new services infrastructure provision.
