The Bethany Office was developed and built by Zauner Construction.  The name Bethany was chosen as this was the name of the house that was demolished to make way for this development.

Works involved the Construction of a 2,700m2, two storey steel framed concrete panel and slab building including undercroft car park, and selected tenant fit outs.
